This is my Pork & Chicken Rub. This is a traditional paprika garlic based rub made with no sugars. Great on ribs, chops, pulled pork as well as chicken. This rub is also great on fish.

Here is my Beef Rub. This is a great seasoning for a California Grill flavor. Made with red and black pepper, garlic, cumin, and more fresh ground spices. This rub is excellent on all beef dishes.

My Creamy Horse Radish is the perfect match for your Roast Beef dish. Made with fresh ground Horse Radish and mixed with a Homemade Creamy Mayo. When I made my popular Smoked Roast Beef Sandwiches at the shop, the customers started requesting the Horse Radish. The flavor is just the right balance and not too hot and the kick of the Horse! My friend Huey came from the island of Barbados. Every time he came back from the island he’d bring me a homemade Bajan hot Sauce. Made from mustard, lime, banana and scotch bonnet peppers, and a few other tasty ingredients. Before he passed away in 2012, he gave me his family’s recipe, and to honor his great spirit I offer Huey’s Heat.

I’m always asked if I have a Honey BBQ Sauce and the answer is yes! In the beginning I would make it from time to time until I was being accused of holding out on everyone.
