BBQ started out as a weekend tradition, and quickly turned into a life-long passion. For those of you who are as passionate about BBQ as I am, you know that this passion almost borders on religion.

Mississippi, Tennessee, Florida, and Texas. Every place I lived, I sought out the BBQ of the region. I took tips from some of the best Pit Masters in the south. I developed my BBQ sauce and pork rub based on what I learned in western Tennessee and northern Mississippi. Now, 30 years later, I’m still learning and teaching the art known as BBQ.
